Lovely stay
Really enjoyed our stay.
Many positives - comfortable and well equipped; good showers; loved the dressing room off the upstairs bedroom; very clean; in a good, quiet situation ideal for visiting Northumberland
Room for improvement - no instructions for heating; inaccurate information for location and for WiFi; issues with towel rails.
None of the negatives would stop us from staying again. When alerted to the problem with towel rails, the company sent a maintenance man and matter was quickly resolved.

Absolutely smashing! Beautifully fitted out, very comfortable and in the perfect location. Will definitely consider using North East Escapes should I decide to go in that direction again.

Really enjoyed it - would book again.
Positive: The location, the cottage was an ideal size & well equipped
Negative: The quality of the single beds & the floors downstairs are very dirty (we discovered this after wiping up a spill)
