Birdsong Cottage

We have had two more stays recently at Birdsong cottage and find it a perfect base for visiting the beautiful Northumberland coast which is full of interesting villages and spectacular coastal walks. The cottage is lovely: spacious, comfortable, and well designed with interesting and attractive artwork on the walls. It is very well equipped and everything is of a very high standard and spotlessly clean. The cottage is in a peaceful location and it's just a short drive to Bamburgh which has a stunning beach and great places to eat and drink. We will definitely return to Birdsong cottage.

Great accommodation. Good location. Positive: Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach,10 minute drive to Banburgh. Beaches are amazing & go on for miles. Negative: Couldn't find any egg cups.

Location, lovely house, Quiet surroundings. Positive: Location was good lots of town’s about. Quite a distance by foot, so used car a lot. House was Very well equipped. Master bedroom ,walk in wardrobe on suite was luxurious. Negative: Cleanliness I thought could have been a bit better. Black hairs in bath and shower. (Not from us) Dead bird in fireplace.

A GREAT COTTAGE IN THE PERFECT LOCATION - WE WILL BE BACK!

Great place, location and facilities. Will be back that's for sure. Positive: Ticked all the boxes for a family with young children. The location was fantastic, next to a stream with woodland for the kids to explore.
