Acceptable but could be better Positive: Lovely location, everything I needed was available and the bed was really comfortable Negative: It really needed a deep clean. The skirting was caked in dust/hairs in some areas

Fabulous! Positive: Close to everything but quiet. Well equipped and clean. Negative: Maybe stronger blinds on the bedroom window- the street light directly outside meant it was quite bright at bedtime . Intended to book for next year but the price had increased by almost 50% so will be looking around for another deal 😊

Disappointed as cottage not in great condition could be improved with redecoration and furniture update. Cleanliness nee Positive: Kitchen clean with everything you needed. Bedroom comfortable. Bedding and towels very clean. Also location good. Negative: Fridge freezer compartment wouldn’t close due to excessive build up of ice, we spent an hour defrosting it. Seating extremely uncomfortable needs updating sofa very saggy. Couldn’t open front door more than half way/catching on floor also had to sweep all the cobwebs off it. Cloak cupboard filthy with dead plant inside. Bathroom smelt damp. Whole cottage needs redecorating, No cleaning equipment ie sweeping brush or hoover only small hand brush and dustpan.

Great Stay Positive: Amazing location right next to the harbour and close to many attractions nearby. It was a perfect stay for two people. The parking space right in front of the lodge was great, we did not have an issue going through the archway. We would stay here again if we returned for another visit. Negative: The only small issue we had was that the blinds covering the bedroom window did not block a lot of light and it would wake us up really early.

Thoroughly enjoyed Lobster Lodge and our stay in Seahouses. Positive: Great location right by the harbour. Comfortable and tastefully presented accommodation with dedicated parking. Ideal for our week stay.
