Lakeside Lodge

Lovely location, inside very nice but outside extremely disappointing. Positive: Nice spacious & clean inside. I’m a really nice quiet location at side of lake. Good comfy seating area outside. Negative: Outside area not clean at all! Looked like it had not been cleaned for months, cobwebs everywhere & a few weeds, just looked scruffy. BBQ rusty, could not use,needs replacing. Wendy house was filthy inside & out & filled with all sorts of stuff so could not use, which was disappointing as we had 2 small grandchildren with us. Lack of crockery, sharp knives & small bowls & fruit bowl. On first day we found a broken blind & no plug for plug hole in kitchen! Reported but nothing done whilst we were there. Also noticed a couple more minor problems which we reported before we left.
