Newton House Annex

Positive: The position is good for attending weddings at Newton Hall although the road along is not lit at night! It is ideally located for long or short beach walks and eating places. It is very quiet and great having an enclosed garden for dogs and children. Coffee Maschine with free capsules. Salt, pepper, oil and vinegar would have been appreciated. Negative: It took tome time to get the heating system figured out and without heating it was cold. I could not turn the towel rail in the bathroom on which meant it was very cold in there.

The location of this accommodation is peaceful, a private area with a short walk to a beach and the coastal path between low Newton and Beadnell. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the clean and comfortable accommodation. The private enclosed garden is lovely. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our stay at Newton House Annex was excellent. Thank you. The cottage was so warm and comfortable with everything we needed. The garden was beautiful. The cottage was situated perfectly for walks to the beach and the coastal path. The communication throughout was very good indeed giving us clear instructions to find the annex and again for easy access to enter the property. We would certainly recommend staying here. Definitely 5 stars

Positive: Location near sea, peaceful surroundings and garden courtyard. Well equipped kitchen and good bathroom. Negative: Bed mattress - bit too thin, not great quality. Perhaps add another side light in the sitting room.

Lovely property in a great location. Owner very friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk to the beech. 2 dog friendly pubs within 15 minutes (walking).
