Woodland View Lodge

A very enjoyable stay in a beautiful part of the country Positive: We thought the location in a quiet corner of the site was excellent. We were not overlooked. The lodge was very well equipped and appeared to be almost new. The lodge was very spacious and had quality fixtures and fittings. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. Negative: We were unable to get live tv easily and had to use iplayer and itvx to watch programmes. Maybe it was just us but we didn’t manage to figure it out.

Absolutely beautiful place . We loved it . The lodge was fully equipped . Nice & bright place, it was clean as a whistle . I felt like lady of the manor . It needs an air-fryer though & dog towels & that is just me being picky as I forgot them & had too go out and buy some 😂😂😂 it rained the whole time we were there but it made a big difference being in the lodge despite the weather we made the most of the luxury .

Nice location looking onto woodland and near the lake Negative: Dishwasher was hard to fathom. Could do with an instruction booklet. Also the postal code in Google maps took us to a footpath at the back of the holiday park. I suggest the post code to the entrance to the holiday park is given and then it's well signposted from there

Lakeside View Positive: Excellent accommodation, had everything you need to relax and unwind. Great location for a quiet break, easy walk into Wooler. We had 2 dogs with us who enjoyed some lovely country walks. The lodge was so clean and was really well stocked. We would definitely return.
