Eddie's Escape

Eddie's escape is a lovely property, clean and comfortable in a great location to explore Amble and the Northumberland coast. Parking can be a little tricky but not a major problem.

First I would just like to say whomever did the interiors for Eddie’s Place has exceptional taste. We do a lot of stays around England and this has to be one of the most lovely stays. Fantastic find, it was perfect for us and our two dogs, which were also thought of in little touches here and there like spare dog bowls, a lead, blankets to protect the sofa, great attentional to detail on everything. The location is also great, tucked away in a corner, lovely back yard which was a nice little sun trap. Perfectly positioned to explore the stunning coast line of Northumberland. The one thing I think would help in the future would be a little information on how tight the road access is to the property especially if you have a large car which we do so manoeuvring while not impossible was a challenge but one we got used to. Within walking distance is a lovely restaurant The Boat House which was excellent with really friendly staff, perfect for people watching and all the beaches are super dog friendly. We had an absolutely fantastic week and would highly recommend to anyone Eddies place.

Family holiday in Amble Positive: Lovely house, felt like home straight away. Comfy beds, good shower. Yard gets sun in the afternoon. Everything worked once we worked out how (we'd never used an induction hob) Amble great location. Plenty to see in one week. Negative: Parking could be tricky depending on where neighbours park but can always park around the back.

Eddie’s Escape is a truly beautiful home, exactly as shown in the photos. Perfectly located less than a five-minute walk from Amble, it’s very well furnished and has convenient parking right outside. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning! Thank you for another great stay & fantastic service North East Escapes!
